2 weeks
Time has almost come. 16 weeks have flown by. Time to display the finished project of what we have been in the trenches working at for so long. The grueling work outs the pain and suffering. The low cal diets and high volume of intense cardio. All that homework to now be put to the actual text. That time is november 20th and 21st. Miami florida. 2009 npc nationals. See you there!

Vegas was insaneeeeeee..One of the best Olympias to date!!!
Weight is about 195lbs right now. Feeling great!

VEGAS Countdown
Whats up guys? Here Tuesday, and leaving early Thursday morning for Vegas. Will be at the Expo all weekend long and looking forward to great showing saturday night!
As for me, weight is currently 200lbs even with just under 9 weeks to go. No pictures this week, will take a few when we get back from vegas, then after 6 weeks its a hush hush secret until game day November 21st in Miami. My cardio is now up to 90 min, still training intense with heavy weight keeping myself nice and round and full.

OLYMPIA

That time of the year again. The 2009 IFBB Mr Oylmpia in Las Vegas. I will be there representing Muscletech fromm Sept 24-28.
Weight is currently 202 lbs. Shaping up real nice, condition is on point. Cardio is up to 80 minutes. Things are going as planned.
We are 9.5 weeks out from the 2009 NPC Nationals. Everything on track like stated and could only improve from here...wait and seeeee...
Hope to see you at the Olympia in Vegas!

FOLLOW ME
What's up guys and girls. The diet is still going strong, still just working my way slowly into the swing of things. Like I stated in my last post few weeks ago, I am still eating a little bit of carbs with three out of my six meals. I assume things to change next week, where the carbs will then be pulled completely and KETO diet will be in full effect. Weight currently is 205 lbs. My body is definetly changing even tho my weight is not dropping too much as of yet, as I tend to usually grow into a show and get bigger and tighter as the weeks go on.
Today is Shoulders and plan on attacking full throttle with my usual 4-5 exercises and 12-15 set routine. I have been training a lot heavier that is for sure, and my body definetly feels it. Have to keep on pushing and that is exactly what I plan on doing.

THE DIET

As i begin my journey now into my 16 week out prep, i quickly remember what it is like to go thru the torture of starving yourself the very first few weeks until your stomach adjusts to your new diet, in essence shrinking the walls of your stomach. Cadio has began as well, 45 min on treadmill low intensity daily. Currently eating 6 meals a day consisting of low carbohydrates from rice and oatmeal, healthy fats from cashews, natural peanut butter and red meats and omega -3 eggs, and my protein of course coming all the above plus a few shakes thrown in here and there. Already dropping about 9 lbs things are coming a long nicely and quickly gearing up my training lifting much heavier and even more intense then in the past. I tend to even grow into my shows.
After speaking with ym webmaster we agreed to start the launch back up again with updates for TeamAbomb.com starting September 1st. So be on the look out for those with new never before seen images including one above that was just realesed as a throwback image from when I was 18 years old.
