Happy Birthday to ME

Whats up guys!
Tomorrow, Wednesday the 17th will be my 23rd Birthday! Getting old lol.
Anyway, training is going well, keeping it easy for now until after the holidays and will start to train for nationals in 09. Had a great arm workout this Saturday at Bevs Powerhouse Gym with Guy Cisternino and Kris Lecomte. Kris is looking huge around 260lbs and Guy is still in sick shape even a month after Nationals. They both will do some real damage next year!
The chat sessions on AdamReich.com have been going great and the turn out is bigger than expected, so I thank you all for your support, it will only grow from here!
I look foward to finally making the neccessary changes to my body come this offseason, and no more playing around, come January its all business. Ive been nursing minor injuries these last couple months and just going thru the motions so Im ready to finally step it up!
I appreciate all the emails and support you guys send my way. Keep training hard, Be Safe and God Bless and Ill be back with an update next week before Christmas to wish you all well!

Whats up guys!! Hope your thanksgiving went as well as mine with all the eating and napping!!!
Took this past week off from training , letting some muscles heal and just taking some care of things at the Salon. We just got in a new High Pressure tanning bed, so had a lot of construction going on, trying to fit this new 9 foot long and 6 ft wide bed in a room! Weight is still around 215. as most of you know I have said I will be starting my prep for Nationals after the Holidays come January so I have been getting ready for that and am very excited. Will be posting lots of progress pics and videos to come with progress. Also big props to my boy Guy Cisternino taking 1st and his pro card at this past Nationals!!!! Very proud of you my man!!
We just launched a HUGE gallery update up at TeamAbomb.com with all my images shot for Manifest Muslce. These photos were taken 6 weeks out from my Spring shows this past June. I was in very good shape and these photos are H O T and one of the best shoots I have ever done. Location was HOT San Diego California!!!

AdamReich.com Full Launch with new shows

We had our first cam show last week and was a huge success. We were scheduled for our show last night, but I had issues setting up a new webcam. We will reschedule this week, and are definetly set for next Monday at 10pm EST.

On a side note, lets catch up....From Halloween, we are still working on a layout for all those pictures to be updated along with never before seen photos from summer shoots, soon to be updated to TeamAbomb.com

Training is going very well. I am up to 215 still very hard and leanest I have been at this heavy of a weight.

Happy Halloween!

Hey guys. I apologize for the delay with the members are of AdamReich.com, we had some issues with setting up our merchant processer. Things are looking to be set though for this weekend. I will post here and shoot out all emails to everyone who signed up to be notified upon the grand opening. Our first cam session is set either for later next week or second week of November. We want to build a decent member base first so our first live show is a great showing for all of you. Remember prior to the show to email me your questions you want answered during the live chat or exactly what you would like to see during the show.
On a side not, Hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween tonight. I will post my photos of what I will be dressing up as in TeamAbomb.com next week so go check that out!

Welcome to the NEW and Improved ADAMREICH.COM

It has been long awaited, but it is here. I have been working in concert with a top designer to put together a masterpiece website that gives something back to my fans. Therefore, I have added a separate members page from TeamAbomb, that just offers weekly webcam chats. I will log on at least once a week for 30-60 min cam chats with all new members of AdamReich.com. I will online offering training, nutrition and supplementation advice to all who is interested, as well as full posing routines and to show my progress into my offseason of 2009. See me LIVE on Webcam now at AdamReich.com..MY schedule of cam chats will be posted on my main pages of AdamReich.com. Also all new members will recieve archived Chat Shows, if you could not make the LIVE show, as well as still webcam photos and Video BLOGS I will make and post every week. The public section of AdamReich.com is now complete and we are just finishing up touches on the MEMBERS area. WE are looking for a launch date for fans to start signing up later this week. Please join the mailing list on the website to get first hand news when we launch and will have our first Chat Show during the first week of November. And the Chat Shows will run EVERY SINGLE WEEK, at least once a week. So please stay tuned and I will let you all know when you are all able to sign up.
