Prep for Nationals begin August 1st. The Excitement is nearrrrrr.
Tightened up around 210 now. Will be doing some appearances, was in South Beach Miami last weekend, will be back in 2 weeks for July 4th weekend hosting Miami Tans Official Pool Party @ the Surfcomber hotel along with Victor Calderone and Danny Tennaglia and Chus and Ceballos. Team Abomb Lovessss Miami!!!! - which brings me to, Nationals this November 2009 will be held in my hometown Miami Beach baby!!!!

Appreciate all the support, im sorry for not updating sooner, been busy traveling, I also should be out in Vegas for the USAs last weekend with Muscletech. Then Olympia Time!!!!

BIGGER AND BETTER THAN EVER

April Showers Bring May Flowers?????

Whats going on guy? I apologize for not updating, I know I have been behind lately. I have gotten quite a few emails as not updating. But I AM BACK! And things are going better than ever.
Training is intense, and everything is really starting to take shape and am very happy with my progress this offseason. Come August when it is time to start dieting, I will more ready than ever, with size , shape and conditioning. Im not too far off my mark, I didnt get too sloppy this offseason as well which will tend to help me lean out come late summer and into the November nationals in South Beach Miami. Yaaaaaaa!

Most recently, went out to GLO night club on Long Island with my good friends Derek Anthony, Dave Palumbo and Colette Nelson. Had A Blast. Some Pics Above!!!!

Things will also be moving along with updating on TeamAbomb.com - Our HUGE new update (because we have been behind a few months) will be arriving June 1st. So stay tuned. Videos, Photos, webcams and more!!!!!

Will also later be arhcived for future viewing of that show. A few past MOndays went without being LIVE, due to my own scheduling issues, but MORE and MORE content will be added continuous thru spring/summer.

Will be doing some traveling this Spring/Summer before I start my Prep, as well you all know will be Traveling during Prept most likely heavy into the month of October and Beginning of November with various photo shoots to be announced. New Year. New Bigger and Better things to evolve!

First off, Happy New Year!
Trying to catch up, things have just been slightly crazy busy lately (which is def a good thing).
2009 is a new year for us all, and I plan to use it as a launch pad for only bigger and better things for myself. I will begin prep training in next coming months for Nationals in November, and look forward to improving a GREAT deal from last year and moving up the latter at still this early age of 23 year old.
New Years Eve in NY was not the best weather this year, roads were very icy and to add to the numerous drunk drivers already out on that night, the road conditions definetely did not help. My girlfriend and I went to my good friends Dave Palumbo's house. We had a blast and was just really nice to be in good company of friends opposed to the regular drunk party scene im used to seeing. Im starting to learn this year its about who means the most to you will help you grow as an individual to only better yourself for your future. Surrounding yourself by fake people in their fake situations and lives will hinder your progress and only become ankle weights as your trying to climb that rope. Im grateful this year to be surrounded by many supporters and am also excited to final rid myself of the ankle weights from this past year of 2008.
Your support into '09 means more than ever, because this year will be the pinnacle of change. It will better my attitude, my physique and my outlook of my new future that lies ahead. I plan to strive for bigger things this year, that I never thought were ever attainable. I will reach and and plan to capture every goal i set forth this coming year.
Keep supporting me, and I will keep striving for that new level success.
