Have not posted since Nationals, I apologize, however I was taking time to myself to reflect on what and where I wanted to go from here.
Offseason prep has officially began and am taking 2010 to grow grow and grow. Competing next year hopefully a good 15lbs heavier top of light heavies, and hope to make a statement and move my career forward to where I belong and where I have been fighting for since competing as a teenager.
weight currently 195lbs....See ya at 240 ;)
