Happy Halloween!

Hey guys. I apologize for the delay with the members are of AdamReich.com, we had some issues with setting up our merchant processer. Things are looking to be set though for this weekend. I will post here and shoot out all emails to everyone who signed up to be notified upon the grand opening. Our first cam session is set either for later next week or second week of November. We want to build a decent member base first so our first live show is a great showing for all of you. Remember prior to the show to email me your questions you want answered during the live chat or exactly what you would like to see during the show.
On a side not, Hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween tonight. I will post my photos of what I will be dressing up as in TeamAbomb.com next week so go check that out!

Welcome to the NEW and Improved ADAMREICH.COM

It has been long awaited, but it is here. I have been working in concert with a top designer to put together a masterpiece website that gives something back to my fans. Therefore, I have added a separate members page from TeamAbomb, that just offers weekly webcam chats. I will log on at least once a week for 30-60 min cam chats with all new members of AdamReich.com. I will online offering training, nutrition and supplementation advice to all who is interested, as well as full posing routines and to show my progress into my offseason of 2009. Also all new members will recieve archived Chat Shows, if you could not make the LIVE show, as well as still webcam photos and Video BLOGS I will make and post every week. The public section of AdamReich.com is now complete and we are just finishing up touches on the MEMBERS area. WE are looking for a launch date for fans to start signing up later this week. Please join the mailing list on the website to get first hand news when we launch and will have our first Chat Show during the first week of November. Time flys by...

Already half way thru October, it felt like Summer came and went and Christmas is right around the corner. Training is going very well, these past several weeks have been very pregressive and am making very good gains thus far, only even starting offseason prep. Im still doing about a 4 on 1 off type of routine and one bodypart a week following a smallerbodypart like hamstrings and or calves every 2-3 days. Today I will train Shoulders. The whole routine will consist of about 12-15 sets. One press excercise , with a side lateral, a rear, and front, and a machine shrugs. 8-10 reps each set.
This weekend was a lot of fun as well. My girlfriend and I went out east of Long Island out towards the Hamptons (for those of you not familiar with Long Isand) to go pumpkin picking. That in intself was workout carryign the pumpkings from teh field to the car lol..So I decided to take off from teh gym yesterday and took a nap instead. Following my nap, I showered and went out to dinner with Dave Palumbo, his Fiance Colette, Eugene Mishin and his GF Lena, the Smalley Brothers, Derek anthony, Billy Gunz and my girlfriend Nicole. It was a blast and we all had a lot of fun catching up. After my steak , potatoe and Chocalte mountain cake with Ice Cream i think I had enough and had to go home to sleep it off LOL. Will definetly give me some energy for training shoulders later on tonight.

Post Olympia Rap Up

The Olympia weekend in Vegas was a blast, and the outcome was astonishing. Dexter Jackson coming off victorious as 2008's Mr Olympia defeading reigning champion Jay Cutler. I was working the expo both 9-5 Friday and Saturday, I appreciate everyone who came up to me to say hello and showing your support, truly meant a lot to meet and greet the fans first hand. The night life in Vegas was insane as well. My buddy justin and I hit up Club Prive Friday with Muscular Development, then Club Rain at the Palms Saturday night for Paul Oakenfold, then Body English at the Hard Rock Sunday night with DJ Five. The turnout wasnt as great as probably expected to the expo, never really got too hot or crowded as within the past years or comparable to the Arnold Classic each year. But this was expected due to economic reasons I assume. Hung out with my boy Derek as well with German American Technologies booth. The Muscletech Booth was cranking all weekend as well, we handed out 100s of t shirts and bags of Free supplements, we were definetly the most action packed and crowded booths at the expo that weekend. All in all the weekend was insane and I had a blast but was definetly exausting. The ending Saturday night was as follows.
