LET THE GAMES BEGIN...

Have not posted since Nationals, I apologize, however I was taking time to myself to reflect on what and where I wanted to go from here.
Offseason prep has officially began and am taking 2010 to grow grow and grow. Competing next year hopefully a good 15lbs heavier top of light heavies, and hope to make a statement and move my career forward to where I belong and where I have been fighting for since competing as a teenager.

thurs nigh weigh in

With middle weights having the largest class this weekend of over 45 competitors, its going to be a steep show for sure. Im looking forward to every second of it!!!
Once again, i Thank you for all your support this journey couldnt have done it with out all those emails!!!
Win or Lose, this is my first Nationals at 23 yrs old, one step closer to dream of becoming a pro! Im proud to be here competing with the best! good luck to all, and Im happy to say im at my absoulte best..looking forward to tomorrow.

3 days out

Today is the best i have looked EVER. This is by far the biggest and hardest I have ever been. Really looking forward to see where I fall at my first Nationals. Busted my ass for 16 weeks to finally come down to friday and saturday. This show is one step closer to fulfilling my dream as a Pro Bodybuilder.
Im extremely excited to get on stage again as it has been about a year and half since Jr Nationals last year in June 2008.
Again, I thank you all for the emails of support, keeping me push harder each day in the gym.
These next couple days are not going to be easy as my energy levels are completley shot, but thats the name of the game. And will all be worth it in the end.
Hope to see a lot of you down in Ft Lauderdale this weekend, please stop by and say hello.
This will probably be my last post as I will be leaving very early Thursday, But you can check back here and TeamAbomb.com for updates and photos following this weekend.

2 weeks

Time has almost come. 16 weeks have flown by. Time to display the finished project of what we have been in the trenches working at for so long. The grueling work outs the pain and suffering. The low cal diets and high volume of intense cardio. All that homework to now be put to the actual text. That time is november 20th and 21st. Miami florida. 2009 npc nationals. See you there!
