Its about that time, and fall is slowly creeping up around the corner. Training is going very well, getting heavier with my weights still keeping around 10 rep range. Went out a little for labor day weekend, because now its back to business in the gym, and the Olympia coming up around the corner, hope to see a lot of you out there in Vegas.
