
What's up guys and girls. The diet is still going strong, still just working my way slowly into the swing of things. Like I stated in my last post few weeks ago, I am still eating a little bit of carbs with three out of my six meals. I assume things to change next week, where the carbs will then be pulled completely and KETO diet will be in full effect. Weight currently is 205 lbs. My body is definetly changing even tho my weight is not dropping too much as of yet, as I tend to usually grow into a show and get bigger and tighter as the weeks go on.
Today is Shoulders and plan on attacking full throttle with my usual 4-5 exercises and 12-15 set routine. I have been training a lot heavier that is for sure, and my body definetly feels it. Have to keep on pushing and that is exactly what I plan on doing.
