THE DIET


As i begin my journey now into my 16 week out prep, i quickly remember what it is like to go thru the torture of starving yourself the very first few weeks until your stomach adjusts to your new diet, in essence shrinking the walls of your stomach. Cadio has began as well, 45 min on treadmill low intensity daily. Currently eating 6 meals a day consisting of low carbohydrates from rice and oatmeal, healthy fats from cashews, natural peanut butter and red meats and omega -3 eggs, and my protein of course coming all the above plus a few shakes thrown in here and there. Already dropping about 9 lbs things are coming a long nicely and quickly gearing up my training lifting much heavier and even more intense then in the past. I tend to even grow into my shows.
After speaking with ym webmaster we agreed to start the launch back up again with updates for TeamAbomb.com starting September 1st. So be on the look out for those with new never before seen images including one above that was just realesed as a throwback image from when I was 18 years old.
