ITS ON
THE TIME HAS COME. MARCH 1ST. BEGINS TRAINING FOR THIS YEARS NATIONALS.
I know i havent been posting lately, I do apologize, i have been extremely busy with my businesses and did not have much updates. However now started back in the gym training heavy and intense for this years nationals in Miami. Look forward to images and videos of my prep in TeamAbomb.com

New Year. New Bigger and Better things to evolve!
First off, Happy New Year!
Trying to catch up, things have just been slightly crazy busy lately (which is def a good thing).
2009 is a new year for us all, and I plan to use it as a launch pad for only bigger and better things for myself. I will begin prep training in next coming months for Nationals in November, and look forward to improving a GREAT deal from last year and moving up the latter at still this early age of 23 year old.
New Years Eve in NY was not the best weather this year, roads were very icy and to add to the numerous drunk drivers already out on that night, the road conditions definetely did not help. My girlfriend and I went to my good friends Dave Palumbo's house. We had a blast and was just really nice to be in good company of friends opposed to the regular drunk party scene im used to seeing. Im starting to learn this year its about who means the most to you will help you grow as an individual to only better yourself for your future. Surrounding yourself by fake people in their fake situations and lives will hinder your progress and only become ankle weights as your trying to climb that rope. Im grateful this year to be surrounded by many supporters and am also excited to final rid myself of the ankle weights from this past year of 2008.
Your support into '09 means more than ever, because this year will be the pinnacle of change. It will better my attitude, my physique and my outlook of my new future that lies ahead. I plan to strive for bigger things this year, that I never thought were ever attainable. I will reach and and plan to capture every goal i set forth this coming year.
Keep supporting me, and I will keep striving for that new level success.
See you at Nationals in Miami this coming November. ITS ON!

Happy Birthday to ME
Whats up guys!
Tomorrow, Wednesday the 17th will be my 23rd Birthday! Getting old lol.
Anyway, training is going well, keeping it easy for now until after the holidays and will start to train for nationals in 09. Had a great arm workout this Saturday at Bevs Powerhouse Gym with Guy Cisternino and Kris Lecomte. Kris is looking huge around 260lbs and Guy is still in sick shape even a month after Nationals. They both will do some real damage next year!
The chat sessions on AdamReich.com have been going great and the turn out is bigger than expected, so I thank you all for your support, it will only grow from here!
I look foward to finally making the neccessary changes to my body come this offseason, and no more playing around, come January its all business. Ive been nursing minor injuries these last couple months and just going thru the motions so Im ready to finally step it up!
I appreciate all the emails and support you guys send my way. Keep training hard, Be Safe and God Bless and Ill be back with an update next week before Christmas to wish you all well!

Our LARGEST update yet now up at TEAMABOMB.COM
Whats up guys!! Hope your thanksgiving went as well as mine with all the eating and napping!!!
Took this past week off from training , letting some muscles heal and just taking some care of things at the Salon. We just got in a new High Pressure tanning bed, so had a lot of construction going on, trying to fit this new 9 foot long and 6 ft wide bed in a room! Weight is still around 215. as most of you know I have said I will be starting my prep for Nationals after the Holidays come January so I have been getting ready for that and am very excited. Will be posting lots of progress pics and videos to come with progress. Also big props to my boy Guy Cisternino taking 1st and his pro card at this past Nationals!!!! Very proud of you my man!!
We just launched a HUGE gallery update up at TeamAbomb.com with all my images shot for Manifest Muslce. These photos were taken 6 weeks out from my Spring shows this past June. I was in very good shape and these photos are H O T and one of the best shoots I have ever done. Location was HOT San Diego California!!!
Also, all my AdamReich.com members dont forget to catch me tomorrow evening live on cam at 10pm EST.
Ill blog next week. will be busy come Holidays but will have updates as well so no worries!

AdamReich.com Full Launch with new shows
We had our first cam show last week and was a huge success. We were scheduled for our show last night, but I had issues setting up a new webcam. We will reschedule this week, and are definetly set for next Monday at 10pm EST.On a side note, lets catch up....From Halloween, we are still working on a layout for all those pictures to be updated along with never before seen photos from summer shoots, soon to be updated to TeamAbomb.com
Training is going very well. I am up to 215 still very hard and leanest I have been at this heavy of a weight.
